The story behind why Copreneur exists — built by a solopreneur, for solopreneurs.
Copreneur.ai started with me.
I'm a solopreneur who genuinely tried to use ChatGPT as an AI co‑founder to help run my business. It was smart, fast, and often gave solid advice. But over time, a deeper problem became obvious.
The tools weren't built to reliably hold long‑term context.
At first, things looked fine. But as weeks passed, the AI would naturally drift toward whatever we had discussed most recently. Long‑term goals quietly faded into the background. Earlier decisions, constraints, and intentions were forgotten or distorted. Not because the AI was bad — but because it simply wasn't designed to do durable bookkeeping for a living, evolving business.
That made it unreliable as a real thinking partner. I still had to keep everything in my own head: what mattered long‑term, what was already decided, and what trade‑offs I'd made before. The mental load never really went away.
Copreneur exists because I wanted something that doesn't forget what matters.
Not another task manager. Not just a smarter chat window. But an AI that is explicitly built to remember goals, decisions, and direction over time — and to help me consistently choose what to focus on next, in context.
Copreneur is the tool I wanted when I was building alone — for people who build solo, but don't want to rely on fragile memory to run their business.
